As a recognised industry expert, LNI has always designed and manufactured high-quality nameplates, labels and badges right here in Australia.
With experience that spans multiple decades, LNI has a deep understanding of both a range of industries and any applicable regulations. LNI knows what your solution will need to show, where they need to sit and how to make them last a lifetime. They will ensure all your questions are answered and the brief is met.
LNI’s whole focus is to satisfy every customer. Instead of a one-size-fits-all option, LNI has multiple raw material options and manufacturing solutions available. This allows LNI to solve any product branding issues that your business may face.
LNI’s pre-production phase involves a detailed customer brief to guarantee the appropriate product is provided for your application, including consultation on materials, adhesives and colour choices depending on where your product is to sit.
3D CAD modelling and tooling are approved, then a sample is created. Upon approval of the sample LNI swings into the volume production phase. Throughout the process, LNI ensures the customer is involved with the various approvals: colour, art, CAD and tooling.
The post-production phase can include various requirements, including bagging and labelling, assembly of a badge into a template, with a choice of delivery options.
Operations expanded when contracts for Holden, Ford and Chrysler (later to become Mitsubishi) were won.
After supplying a range of manufacturers in the automotive industry for many decades, LNI realised that other industries could also benefit from high-quality product branding solutions.
With the closure of Australia’s automotive Original Equipment Manufacturer operations, this move paid dividends for LNI as they were not relying on one industry to keep the business open. LNI now supplies product branding solutions to dozens of industries across Australia.
Traditionally, LNI only supplied other businesses. More recently, they started to manufacture retail products too. This led to the creation of Fan Emblems, a retail business which sells the same high-quality badges LNI has always made but with licenses from properties such as DC, Warner Brothers and the AFL.
Sometime later, LNI identified a gap in the market for fast and affordable 3D Chrome Badges. This led to them obtaining an exclusive license to manufacture VIG chrome badges right here in Australia.
Soon after, LNI saw an opportunity to extend their 3D chrome badge capabilities to include LunaKrome®, the world’s most advanced 3D chrome badge technology.
LNI is now staying at the forefront of technology and has invested in a 3d printer along with the latest tech machining centre, which allows them to make their tooling in-house. This leads to shorter response times, more accountability and a superior quality product.
